The process begins by draining the water out of the system and drying the moisture left behind using dry heated air. Next the pipes are sandblasted to clear away build-up and corrosion as well as creating a roughed up surface so the epoxy can get a firm grip on the pipe interior.

Next comes the epoxy coating system. We spray that in until the pipes are properly coated. This creates a barrier between the water and the pipe keeping out corrosion and groundwater contamination. The coating can handle a wide range of water temperatures. It provides corrosion protection from chemicals, moisture, and other damaging substances, eliminates weakened joints, and seals cracks. It even reduces friction resistance between the pipe and the water.
